Majid Al Futtaim—the leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia – will celebrate Oman’s 48th National Day in City Centre Muscat and City Centre Qurum with a dazzling array of traditional Omani activities and entertainment from November 16 until 24.
The malls will be decorated with the national colours and visitors will be treated to the best Omani hospitality with complimentary Omani halwa, coffee and dates.
Paying homage to Oman’s rich cultural heritage, on 16 – 17 November from 4:00pm – 10:30pm, City Centre Muscat will celebrate the occasion with remarkable live traditional Omani band performances, which will include singing, dancing and playing instruments. To surprise shoppers, stilt walkers will be roaming around the mall. National Day festivities will continue the following weekend, 23 - 24 November, at City Centre Qurum from 4:00pm – 10:30pm.
